The first release in Jean-Luc Pasquet's Tresors de Famille range, Le Cognac de Claude is a Grande Champagne Cognac that came from the Hilaire family's Angeac-Champagne vineyard and was matured in a single cask.
Aromas of honey-drizzled yoghurt, apples, rosemary and garden herbs fill the nose, complemented by notes of white peaches, fresh herbs, baking spices and ripe grapes throughout the palate.
