We have a strict non-return and non-refund policy for all purchases, including alcoholic beverages. All sales are final.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In such cases, we will evaluate the issue and offer an exchange for the same product.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
As we deal with alcoholic beverages, these products are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances. We cannot accept returns for custom products, hazardous materials, or sale items. If you have any questions about your specific item, feel free to contact us.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at alcoholic@interco-mle.sg. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to exchange your item for the same product.
