Bottled at 46% abv. It is a Single Origin Rum that has been carefully selected for colour, flavour and regional character of the island. It is a blend of traditional Column Still and authentic Pot Still rum from Barbados. The rums are aged in ex-bourbon barrels for a minimum of 8 years to maximise natural flavours.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Amber colour.
Nose: Complex combination of notes of vanilla, spices and caramel. Cinnamon and smoky oak.
Palate: Caramel, vanilla, dried apples and apricot, as well as notes of banana and smoky ash.
Finish: Long,dry finish.
