"Cask is King" That's Blackadder Philosophy. 60% to 70% of the flavours are taken up slowly from the cask as the spirit lies maturing in the warehouse. Every cask is unique, with its own fingerprint. The whiskies are non-chill filtered, no colouring and flavouring added. We have always believed the personalities of our spirits are colourful enough.
Each of these truly exceptional whiskies comes in a handsome presentation gift box with individual certificate of authenticity.
